Many of my clients come away from coaching with promotions or new jobs better suited to their interests. If you are a CEO or executive, coaching offers a unique opportunity for you to talk confidentially about the isolating demands of being a leader. Executives come away with a clear idea of direction for their energies and their companies. 

Many men considering therapy for the first time feel uncomfortable with the idea of talking about their thoughts and feelings with a therapist. They anticipate judgment and embarrassment. In 20 years of helping people, I’ve seen and heard a lot. I will approach your problems without criticism or judgment.
